Hello all
wink2.gif

Just thought I'd share my Milky Optimator, which I've grown very fond of.
Had this baby for about a month, and have had no thoughts of selling It.

I love these KL3s, their aggressive fins make It a perfect match for the SW01

This Optimator sports a K2 TFFC emitter, with a tasty warm tint.
The Cutdown McR27 makes good use of the K2T, producing a fat hotspot with normal, decent spill.
I've grown fond of this Optimators hotspot, It's somewhat unique and never had one quite like It.
The board Is a SOB750, great brightness to runtime ratio.

There you have It, my Lovely Optimator. :D

Thanks Milkyspit, and lumileds, and Mcgizmo, and Surefire, and the shoppe.

Any questions?

(Pictures were taken in a rush, I apologize)

Lumen output should be around 175 at the led.
This light should give me over 2hrs of regulated output.

I'm starting to get interested in these K2 emitters. Any chance of a beamshot comparison with a Cree or Rebel emitter?

I was sort of kidding. :tinfoil:

the Catalans beat Valladolid 4-1 at the Nou Camp. Real slipped to only their second home defeat of the season - now you are happy :naughty:[/quote]

:D

mbley2, It's single brightness SOB board.
Maybe I'll get another one with Milky's Acorn driver.
