modded 2C M*G and lamp run time?

what is the run time for a 5 cell star krypton bulb in a 2 C M*G runnin on 3 cr123s?

Also how do get a tighter focus? its pretty bright and tight as it is but I have a rectangular shape side spill when its focused at the tightest it can go.

I get about a hour runtime when used intermittently.
