Modern XML-T6 Replacements

Hi guys,
I'm looking to replace some 3 year old lights. At the time I was using CREE XPG R5 and XML T6 emitters.

What would be a good for a modern light in terms of light output versus efficiency? Are the T6 still the best choice or should I consider some other chip?
