I run a total loss electrical system on my bike with a 12V-5Ah Lithium battery. What bulb would give me the most lighting with the lowest draw?

If this is a roadgoing bike, then it'll be limited to road-legal equipment. Truck-Lite's 27270C could fit the bill nicely, with 1.8A draw (at 12.8V) on the low beam. It's also fairly light.

How long do you plan to ride before charging the battery?

There may be other LED options (for complete lighting assemblies, not for anything you can "drop in" to an existing fixture), but if you want a real headlamp, this could be it if you go by electrical load. (JW Speaker also makes 7" round LED headlamps)

Depends on your definition of "light". It's 1.4kg.

If you happen to be thinking of endurance racing, be very careful of the rating of the battery. Some well-known brands (eg Shorei) are rated as "Lead-Acid equivalent starting ability", which relates more to cold-cranking amps than amp-hours deliverable for total-loss lighting (and fuel pumps and ignition systems).

The JW Speaker light and the Truck Light are a 7" round replacement light. Basically a "Drop in". If you have that style existing light, then it is a nice upgrade. If there is no existing light, then you can look at other LED light options from 10watts to 50watts.
