I'm guessing you sit on that metal part with "Bombardier" printed on it, then put your feet on the pegs at the front.
I don't see where the handlebars are though, unless you hold on to those pylons below the "windshield" thing.

Looks like you sit on that gray thing on the back, feet on the pegs and tucked in towards that shield and you hold onto the vertical grips right under it.

Any fans of anime here? Those things look just like the bikes in Venus Wars, very cool indeed. I saw a science tv programme that had a wheelchair that used this kind of technology to negotiate stairs.
And i think if you wheelied on one of those, you'd be missing a lot of skin off your back, ouch!
