moving to Florida-need cellphone advice

Hello All,

I'm going to be moving to Florida in about 2 months. Unfortunately, U.S. Cellular (best provider I've ever had) is not available in Florida. Does anyone have any suggestions on what company I should go with when I get there? I am leaning towards Verizon so far. Help.........

Verizon is pretty good.

Unfortunately, U.S. Cellular (best provider I've ever had) is not available in Florida.

Around here (Gainesville in north central Florida), U.S. Cellular became part of Cingular about 3 years ago. I've been with them since 2002 and service is pretty good in cities, but drops off in very rural areas. But I've had excellent customer service from them.

I was also with Alltel mobile for two year stint. Service was about the same.

Most of my coworkers are either on Alltel, Cingular or Verizon.

I have verizon, i like it but thats in kansas...not germany or florida...i hope they allow dogs where your going...haha
