The lens end tip of the bezel on my E2e looks different then any pictures I've seen of others. It's really hard to explain this without a picture but the tip of it has five notches in it instead of being even all the way around. Why is mine different? It was obviously made this way on purpose and does not look bad. Is this a newer or older design or something?

It is a newer design. Its made that way so you dont leave the light on while setting ie bezel down.

This is the newer design, its scalloped edges, allows you to see some light shine through if you accidentally left your flashlight on and leave it bezel down on a desk.

It's the "new and improved" style. It helps to prevent
putting a flashlight bezel down while turned on and
wearing out a set of batteries. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

If you prefer the "tried and true", I will trade
you my "regular" non-scalloped bezel for your "scalloped"
one. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Let me know if I can help you out . . . /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

[/ QUOTE ] No, I don't mind it at all, I just wondered why mine looked different then all of the pictures of other one's I'd seen before. Thanks for the quick replies. Now I'll sleep better tonight. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sleepy.gif
