My first mod completed

Nothing terribly exciting, but I have just modded a Mag solitaire with a 9000mcd nichia white led,running on a 12v car alarm battery. I found the how too on a link from this forum somewhere. It works great and I'm pretty chuffed considering what a bodger I am . I did manage to destroy one of my S rank Nichia's though.
Whats next? a home brew job on an AA Mag i think.
Any suggestions.

My first MiniMag mod was to pack six series-wired Nichias into the MM's head and relace the two 'AA's with four A544s - 24 volts into 6 LEDs in series = perfection! Made a tiny PC board to solder the LEDs to, and used trimmings from a couple LEDs to form pins that slipped into the existing switch's holes, so the entire thing was undoable.

It's a simple mod to do, doesn't require a resistor or any complex circuitry, and it just plain works. Might be a good one for mod #2 if you're open to suggestions. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Oddone, thanks for the suggestion.Did you remove the reflector completely for this or drill it out? I am wondering how the switch will work.
