My thoughts on the knife are this.
Pro's:
EXTREMELY sharp. already cut myself 3 times. Hahahaha.
Very light
Great feel
Comfortable
VERY strong

Cons:
The carbon fiber is textured. I thought it was going to be smooth like my Benchmade CF handles. Little disappointed
The slide release mechanism is plastic. It feels cheap. Would like to have seen Titanium or stainless.

It is a ball bearing lock. A steel ball prevents the blade from closing.
