My toothbrush needs new cells.

If the little light on the toothbrush lights when in the charger, then the charger is working.

NOTE: The 3N-600AE is three 600AE's, aka KR-600AE. I purchased three of the KR-600AE's from a provider on the Web; I paid $2.10ea + $3 ship (http://www.batterystore.com/Sanyo/KR600AE.htm has them for $2.00ea; http://www.bestlaptopbattery.com/viewbattery.cfm/NiCd-NiMH-Cells/All-vendor/KR-600AE.htm for $2.09ea).

You do NOT need the ones with solder tabs on the ends. Simply use electrical tape and tape them together. I stretched small lengths of tape along their axes to 'pull' them together, then wrapped the newly created three-pack with electrical tape. You will have to remove some of the plastic shrink-wrap from the bottom battery, as the toothbrush needs the negative contact to be on the bottom 'side' of the battery pack, not the actual bottom.
