My WF-139 is only pushing 2.5Volts !?

how are you measuring? open circuit should be 5v or there abouts, with cell in, should be roughly cell voltage. what kind of multimeter are you using? mine reads low when the DMM cells are almost depleted

You are correct tolkaze, my DMM 9volt was depleted. The charger is fine. Now I have two since I just ordered another :ironic:
