Need a good off road DRIVING light

I have a 2000 psd with a 6" lift and 37" tires. I have hids and have to have them pointed far down not to blind oncoming drivers. I need a set of driving lights with a far range to go on my bull bar. Im going to hook them up to my high beams. I alsready have hid fog lights but they take too long to warm up and are too long. I want a light that has a white light, not the yellowish tint. I am looking at PIAA 520 SMR and ATP cause they have a nice white light. Any suggestions?

So, the headlamps quite a bit higher off the ground than usual? Hope they're still 54" (or lower) off the ground. I'm assuming this is a 2000 Ford "Power Stroke Diesel" F-Series truck; I'm not sure how high the headlamps are from the ground on an unlifted truck with factory tires, but FMVSS 108 requires the centers of the headlamps to be between 22" and 54" high.

Those trucks used either sealed beam headlamps, or halogen headlamps, not HIDs. You didn't throw in one of those unsafe and illegal kits, did you? With the legal headlamps installed, the lamps must be aimed correctly, not just "far down"; and with HID "kits" they don't get aimed, you remove the "kits" and return to the factory setup.

I have a feeling that no genuine fog lamp would be HID. HID "kits" installed in fog lamps result in dangerous glare, and are illegal.

Auxiliary high-beam headlamps ("driving lamps") produce untinted light. Something like the Cibié H1 high beam with convex lens mounted in something like this would probably fit the bill nicely.
