I'm a newbie to the forum and I'm looking for something to use on my small acreage. If I could keep the power down to one 18650 cell that would be great.
I'd like something for long term; won't overheat and self-destuct; from a manufacturer with a good rep.
Also need battery recommendations and (if possible on this forum) sources for the torch and battery ($$).
I haven't done a lot of research but 2 flashlights caught my eye:
1.) Nitecore MT26
2.) Ultrafire HD2010
If you guys could give me an idea whether I'm on track, your views on these- good or bad - or what you might think is superior, I would really appreciate it.
Question: The Ultrafire HD2010 claims output at 1300 lumens, yet the stated output of an XM-L T6 emitter on flashlightwiki.com is 910-975. What's up with that?
