If you have the proper flash plugin, don't forget to allow 'ytimg' if you are running 'No Script'.

How do I allow ytimg? how do I know if I am running "No Script"?

I went to tools--> error console:

Warning: Error in parsing value for 'cursor'. Declaration dropped.
Source File: http://s.ytimg.com/yt/cssbin/www-core-vfl144355.css
Line: 1

I want to thx everyone that had tried to help me or still helping me. Thank you very much!.

Make sure in FF menu , you are accepting cookies ... also 3rd party cookies.

Some things wont work if they cant set their cookies.

It set on accept cookies, but I also set it to "keep until I close firefox." Do you think that is the problem?

Blocking pop-ups does not prevent my videos from showing.
You could try it to be sure.

My ver 3.6 does not have another option of Enable Java on that tab. Only has Enable Javascript choice (in addition to block popups which is unchecked, and load images automatically-checked)

I don't accept 3rd party cookies, but have that drop down box set for "until they expire" but I doubt that is your issue.

Yes ... it could be . Set it to keep them.
Then maybe delete all your YouTube cookies ... and start over.

An old cookie can be a prob.

@ LUX ... I'm still on 3.5.7 - not 6

If after all this - it still wont work ....

I suggest you dis-able all your FF add-on extensions , a quarter of them at a time , as a process of elimination.

You could have two add-ons that are conflicting .(you installed a new one recently ?)

Running in *SAFE* mode dis-ables ALL of them at one time.

The default config of FF is meant for most users preferences so there is something interfering with it to not allow YT vids. My suggestion, start fresh. Uninstall FF, then delete the directory along with any stray folders left over.

(optionally)
One of the cleaners like CC Cleaner.

http://www.ccleaner.com/

Run CC Cleaner <cleaner> option and <registry> option then reboot the system. Install FF and try a YT video. Then one-by one install your plug-in's and add-on's.

Warning first on using CrapCleaner to clean the registry. Make a complete image backup of your system. There are things that registry cleaners can screw up that you have no way to fix.

He needs to try other things suggested before going to such extremes .

Slow down ... use proper processes of elimination and isolation ... before making major system changes .

Have you tried running in *Safe mode* yet - to eliminate settings and add-on's as the cause of failure ?

Agreed before running the cleaner. Uninstalling it along with deleting that folder of contents is easy. Doesn't take me more than a few moments to install and get FF configured.

For me, CC Cleaner has worked well.
