Need Help Identifying this light?? Very Unique!!

Not sure what this light is. Have had it in my collection for quite some time and don't remember. Anyone have any idea's?


7 LED’s around the perimeter, 1 LED in the center
Twist collar operates the one led in the center
Hit the head against your palm and the 7 led’s turn on
Hit the tail against your palm and the 7 led’s turn off
Can have all eight on or just center or just perimeter

Kind of like a CF wrapping around the handle. Very unique light??

Looks and sounds custom, that Center emitter doesn't look current either, older technology. I think he modded an Incan light I think I saw on Thrunite forum, a similar incan host. I don't know where the light stops and mod starts, Sorry
