need help on IC

I found a PUA3228.
My friend told me that it is a 3 phase motor driver.
Is this correct?
With 8 pins, one can be ground, another can be vcc, 3 can be inputs, and another 3 can be outputs.
Please tell me how to use it.

Please reply, an IC is useless if you don't know how to use it.

The chip contains 3 NPN transistors rated at an Ic of 2A., Vce of 30V. HFE = 280.

surely you can figure out the pinout.

It is in a 3-pin package like a transistor.
Can anyone explain what it is and how to use it?
