Ordered a light about a month ago and paid immediately. a week went by and I was curious on my order status so I sent them an email. I received a reply two days later telling me my order is waiting for payment. I proceeded to forward my paypal receipt and confirmation to the new Jerry at KD. I have received no more communication from them.

I expected about a month to get my order but now I am wondering if they even sent it. Any advice? Subsequent emails have gone un-answered. I am thinking about filing with paypal and see if I get some kind of a response. I only have 8 more days to file a paypal complaint. Its only 29 bucks and I dont mind waiting but the whole not knowing drives me nuts.

Thoughts?
 
They should be back to work this week after taking the last two off, so hopefully you will hear something. If you don't hear anything, then definitely file a dispute with PayPal which will buy you some more time. Be patient and hopefully it will work out. Ultimately if they don't ship the item, you will get your money back from PayPal.
