I have old gen. Eagletac MC (not to mention invalid TK40 mentioned in the other thread), but I want for winter more rubust and simple light.
I have read reviews, understand something, but apparently not all since I cant made my mind between Solarforce Masterpiece - CREE MC-E LED and Tiablo ACE-G MC-E CREE LED 700.
Heres my prejudices feeble memories of the reviews:
Tiablo:
Cool brand (I have a couple)
If genuine, high build quality
Some dealers offer 3 three years warranty
Not so bright as Solarforce
Single stage switch (I prefer this in winter)
Solarforce:
Nice, solid beam without donut
Better than average build quality but far from luxury
- What I have forgotten? I prefer throw, but I must also see where the walk is and is going, otherwise I fall down from the crang or walk into crack in the ice. Please bring up more points, this may sound lame but my life situation is quite chaotic and I must made decision within a couple of days.
