they look like cut 10mm 4-die led's to me but i could be wrong

Looks like just a fancier name for the same thing.

NeoLED™ are a line of colorful Light Emitting Diodes [LED] lamp modules and accessories for use in applications where neon and florescent bulbs have traditionally been used.

I think I've made a mistake. A closer look reviews that NeoLED in Japan seems to carry a different meaning. The products look very different. I recognize some Japanese characters but I can't read the language. All I could get is that NeoLEDs in Japan represent a kind of "super LEDs" that're brighter than normal LEDs.

Too bad they don't ship internationally, the starting bid is only 1 Yen, which is about a grand total 1 cent in US dollar.

However we need someone to be able to read Japanese and have a Yahoo Japan account.
