New coleman flourescent mini lantern

Has anyone got one to play with? i was strolling around walmart and walk past this new fangled toy, it had a fourescent tube that was really thin like a 12 gauge wire. really cool but i was afraid it'll break easy and it was around 11 bucks CDN. said it was good for 6 hrs on 4 aa's. anyone played with it and care of comment on the build quality of this? thanks.

I didn't get a chance to pick one up yet, but soon. The fluorescent CCF tube is completely enclosed in plastic, with one side clear and the other amber tinted, if memory serves me correctly. I think this would make it somewhat durable. I don't know how it would fair given a drop test however. If I do get it soon, I will let you all know how sturdy this model is. It is available in the States in SportsAuthority stores, but I don't know about Wally World as of yet. I should be visiting them about midweek as I hear they recently restocked with a whole host of new goodies.
