Just a heads up...got an email from Dorcy this morning. Target will be selling the Dorcy line starting the first week of March. Also, 3 new led lights will be available. The long awaited 1 watt light will be showing up the first week of April.

Thats good news /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hopefully my local Target will sell them also.
They currently have alot better sellection than Wal-Mart.

Here's a pic of the new 1 watter coming in April..no details....yet.

Nothin on the Dorcy website yet, but thanks for the heads up!
I actually have a Target store nearby now.
I am truely suprised that Wal-Mart never got more of the Dorcy LEDs onto their racks. Perhaps flashlights just are not a hot item for them - in which case, Go Target, Go!

Looks neat! Anyone care to speculate on the power supply or switch function? Hopefully the switch will be a standard clickie like on the original Yellow LED

2 C batteries would be cool. It would fill a niche where there are very few luxeons (if any).

The Target stores around here just carry Maglites, along with some cheap plastic brands like "Everready".

I hope our Target stores get the Dorcys too.

I just did a measured ratio comparison to the size of the LED/reflector/body of my Pelican M6 LED vs the Dorcy picture.

I don't think it is a "C". Too thin.

I think it's a 2/123.
