New Ebay Hid

Hi all new here. 1st off exscuse my bad spellin.
ok i bought a 50-38 watt hid off ebay. seems to work great but when adjusting the flood/spot i can hardle turn the bazzel?
any ideas on how to fix it.
they dont call be bigjohn for nothing. but i cant hardly turn it.

also i was going to try to lube it with pure silcone. but cant get it apart?
the lens assemble comes off and the reflector comes out. but the bazzel turning it counter clockwise goes so far then hits a stop.
cant get any silcone on the threads or o-ring.

any ideas?

Can you provide a link or something so that we can get an idea of what this light is? Without a model or name it will be hard to give any advice.

i got it from novapcs looks the same as all the 50-38 watt lights?

Usually what happens is you turn the head and it goes from "Flood to throw" then there is a Jam stop feeling.. then with enough force you can turn again and that would be the unscrewing part of the entire bezel. I noticed you also said you managed to removed the reflector and lens.. so erm i am confused there.. or you might wanna try e proxy remover.. cause some manufacturers might glue that part.. send them an email as well to see if they did anything.. lemme know if you need anymore help and i will try and look into my hid and see what else might be the reason

sorry for the confusion. its the outer ring that i can unscrew then the glass and reflector comes out.

dose the bub and ballast??? come out from the rear?
it turns from the rear but i dont want to force anything. i have silicone greese spray pure. but dont want to spray it in there with the bulb in.
