The new “eneloop” is able to be recharged approximately 1,500 times, a new milestone for the rechargeable battery industry, making eneloop the industry No. 1.

A CPF topic last year. Type "eneloop recharge 1500 times" in google search, cpf only, at the top of every CPF page.

I vaguely thought I'd read about this before. Sorry, I don't visit much these days.

Anyway, perhaps this press release means that these new Eneloops will be available in Europe very soon now.
