New Luxeon K2 lights at Sam's Club

I was walking around at Sam's today to pick up some food when I saw this package of two lights.

Does anyone know anything about these? T

he actual packaging at the store states a 20 hour runtime, but I did not see anything about regulation. It comes with a push button on the bottom, and looks solid on the outside. It also comes with a pocket clip, but I don't know anything about them.
