Radio Shack has the 23-383 battery on clearance for about $12, it seems likely to be a pair of 18650 in a plastic case for use with Sony handycams. It's sell by (charge-by, really) date is this month, so they're clearing them out.
They also have the 23-503 universal charger, which will charge 2 cells of CR2 to 18650 size, possibly including C or D, of any rechargeable chemistry. It seems to have 2 channels, and explicitly states it supports li-ion, ni-mh and ni-cd. Price is around $40ish.
Anyone know about either of these?
