New Style of 30mW Green Laser @ DX

Today I checked out the green laser section of Deal Extreme, and I came across a NEW 30mW green laser that takes 123a batteries.

I have been looking for a small green laser that takes 123a batteries, because i have a TON of them already, but that wasn't very expensive.

Most of the cheaper Greens either take CR2 batteries, AAA batteries, or if they take 123As, they are based on flashlights. I wasn't really happy with any of those choices.

So, when i saw this today, i had to jump on it. I don't know if it is garbage or not... but I will let you guys know as SOON as it gets here.

For some reason i confused your nickname with what the laser is made of.

I saw these same lasers just today at DX, but they looked like steel, maybe that's why. The one you linked at is black, but has the same shape..


I want to buy a green very soon as well, so i can't wait to read your review. Do you have any way of measuring the output power? Or at least some other laser to visualy compare it to?

Sorry, I dont have any way of measuring output, nor do i have another laser to compare it too.

For 20 bucks, i will honestly be happy if the thing works for more than a week.

I think it'll work longer than that..

I decided to buy the 50mW from Kaidomain instead.. Almost the same price...

I just checked my order from deal extreme. It looks like my order has shipped. YAY!!! Not sure when it will get here, but it is coming.

So it took them 6 days to ship?

My customers usually want things shipped the same day as they order them... Well i guess that means they won't send anything to me till monday or even later..

Kaidomain also still hasn't shipped my laser.
