newb driver board question

Hi all, quick question about soldering these led driver boards. I just got a shiningbeam driver board and had a quick question about soldering the leads. I plan on using this in a maglite 3d body. I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to solder the + from the switch to the center spring, but where do I solder the - from the switch? Do I soldering to the outer ring contact area?

Is there a simple picture guide for newbs? I am wanting to give this a try as well. I want to build a drop in for a maglite or p60 just for the hell of it.
