Just found on KD a nice modding base for a headlamp. It's called the LED heaolight 
and it looks like it has good heatsinking capabilities. Found another site which describes it a little bit more and I looks even better. Supposed to be HAIII anodized. So what do you think?
Edit: Just saw that its 3*AAA. Ok that's not really great.
