I've been reading on this forum for quite a while now and I think it's time to present my baby.
I call it the MkII (yes, there is a MkI as well ;) ) I will let the pictures do the talking



As you can see it's pretty small and therefor lightweight, it only weights 100g
All my lamps is made in 6082 aluminum and in my DIY cnc machine.

Hallo Nightowl,
In my opinion, the light output of 2 x XML @3A is good enough. I prefer the MKII. Whether the MKII is the same remote driver design?

Very nice, 2 xml's at 3A must be great, i'm only running one xml at 2.5 A and it seems pretty bright - nice machining by the way.
