There is some information (in German) here. Bottom line is that they are not likely to available until the middle/end of this month. They seem to be the production names of the NWK1000 lights (XM-L2 and MT-G2). They look good.

Yes, these are the production versions of the NWK1000. But Niwalker has renamed the BK1 and BK2 as BK-FA01 (XM-L2 U2) and BK-FA02 (MT-G2). My review of these two lights is now up. :wave:

Niwalker informs me that this will be the last model number name change.

I have learned that the Niwalker Bk FA02 is more expensive than the Niwalker Bk FA01. Is only the G2 LED the Reason for the higher price?
Iam in Love with both lights , but i have only the money for one light.

Well, that probably is the reason - the MT-G2 emitter is more than twice the price of the XM-L2. At around $20 for a single LED, that's quite a significant cost.
