Nordic lights

I am forced into using these lights for a mod. Probably a drop in. Any suggestions on getting the lens out, and back in.

You know that they will all thread together right? You could have a body that will hold 8 AAs. If you figure out the head end thing...Make a nice conversation piece?

How strong is it? Could it double as a batton?

I bet the stock bulb would get real bright

With the 8 bulbs I have I could probably have 24 seconds of runtime

Well I don't think they are quite as strong as a MiniMag's housing...if I remember correctly, the walls may have been a little thinner.

Still looking for info on how to get the lens out intact, if possible.

I have one of those lights and have done a complete disassembly on it. Take the head off and put it on a flat surface lens down. Using a 3/8 dowel rod (or something similar), push down on the reflector at it's base. It may take a bit of force to do it. You can feel when the lens drops free.
