If you carry the light in it's holster while in transit, you won't have to worry about it coming on accidently. Can't happen!

Hi Roy,

While your point is valid, my intention was to mod the light so it could be switched on at a particular level, without having to cycle through the levels.
I think this might be useful on this light, where it relies on a single switch to control power and level. The Kroll clickie will also allow intermittent use which is, otherwise, not available with the stock switch.

To LOTC effect was just an incidental benefit.

I found that out while measuring the current at all different stages. The answer is NO. If the power is cut off at any time, it starts over and the switch must be press to turn it back on and it starts on high.

Kroll will not work.
