Nuwai QIII: tailcap

My nuwai's just came in. One of them was the 5 watt LED, and the other was the Q3. When i powered on the Q3...it didnt work. However, the 5 watt worked fine.

I swapped the tailcaps, and then the Q3 powered up, but the 5 watt didnt work...

So, all in all, my Q3 tailcap is busted. And i got this new and sealed in box too...did this happen to anyone else?
Is there a quick fix to this?

yeah, its not the first time ive boughten stuff from him...thats y i always go back :P

But if theres a easy fix for it, and i dont have to hassle him, then that would be great toO!
