Olight M22 O ring issues

Hi guys I'm having a problem with the orings in the M22. I've managed to break the the second o-ring at the clip, and I've also broke all the spare orings that came with because the clip won't seem to fit back on with the replacement oring installed?? I've gone through a couple of M22s because of this issue....... :oops: I've contacted my dealer and Olight for spare Orings, but they have yet to respond. Any advice would be appreciated.
