My Olight M31 Triton 800 lumen SST-50 has an issue. The output is on low all the time (using fresh batteries). It will cycle through the modes but Hi/medium/low are all equal to "low". The only way I know the modes change is because the 4th mode-switching goes to strobe, still on low. I emailed service at olightworld dot com. Got no response. (yet?) Also PM'ed them on CPFM.
I purchased it on CPFM second hand. I believe the guy I bought it from purchased it from battery junction.
Any ideas of how to get it back to servicable condition?
