Ever since joining this forum less than a year ago I've caught the illness that runs wild here. Picked up a Quark x AA-2 for work and it has steam rolled from there. I recently purchased an LD01 for my car keychain. Because I keep my car keys/remote on a separate set from others so I can't lock myself out of the car or my house. But now I feel the need to add a AAA light to each keychain I have as well. I'm planning on purchasing a Preon kit in the near future once the XM-L2 Quarks are out in Canada as I plan to pick up a X 123-2 for EDC in my jeans at the same time. I'm looking to try some other AAA lights on my various key chains instead of 3 of the same one. I have heard good things about Olight on this forum in general. Because this light will find itself on my main keychain and get the most abuse I'm looking at a SS or Ti light to handle it. I still haven't found any reviews on the durability of the preons on a keychain. Reviews on the Olight mini seem to be hard to find as well. Is this a good light? Is there a better option I should look at that is available in Canada? I would like this one to be SS or Ti to handle abuse of main key chain along side a swiss army pen knife, bottle opener etc.

Thanks in advance.

Isn't that a clone of the ITP A3 titanium? I personally like the IlluminaTi CA1 better because of the knurling.

As with many things, they are harder to find in Canada. Getting things over the border can sometimes double the cost. So I look at what options I can find up here. The hardest to find seems to be the headlamps I want.

There is also the Klarus Mi X6 stainless steel. Canadaflashlight in Toronto sells them.

One thing I don't like about the Klarus UI is having strobe as part of the main rotation. I'm considering the EagleTac D25A clicky Ti, it's a bit bigger than my LD01 but high output for keychain light. Still need to read up on it some more.

ITP was the low-cost brand of Olight. They dropped that name and now all products are labelled as Olight.
