Last time I was in a cave I saw several people using only their cellphone for their light.

I had 4 different lights and spare batteries for each.

Three years ago I would have been very concerned for the safety of all such people who go caving. Not anymore. I wasn't put on this Earth to save Grown adults from themselves. And if something does go wrong, well; that's why we have professional rescue responders with very expensive equipment to save adults. And, they get paid well for doing so.

I have lived by the rule of two is one and one is none for many years. I don't go camping anymore, but when I did you can bet I took plenty of lights and batteries.
