Hello,
I'll post an order update for all here. Some of you will hopefully catch this.
We got back Sunday. It's taken a couple of days to square away pending calls, emails, broken orders etc. Now that the urgent stuff has been taken care of, we are now sorting through the orders. Some simple orders were shipped yesterday. The remaining orders pending will be again sorted and any custom DB resistors, MCE2S resistor boards, and all other custom stuff needs to be extracted and put on the War room board. Once it gets on the board, I'll get on it and the rest of the orders should be filled as soon as that happens.
Orders that require custom work will in general take a bit longer than straight orders.
More orders should be filled today. We do email notification when your order ships. There are a few exceptions. Sometimes osCommerce doesn't email. While rare, we can not determine if the email was sent or not. If your profile email is incorrect, then the email bounces. We have no way of determining the correct email once it bounces.
