I want to find a way to produce outdoor LED solar lights. Of course I know I could buy them at a store, but I want to custom make them and to become a small scale manufacturer -- or to hire someone or a few people with expertise to do this.
It will involve the design of the water tight casing and also the production, as well as the electronics for LED's that will withstand the cold of the winters and the heat of the summers.
