I love my DereeLight CL1H, and I also have other P60 hosts like the Huntlight FT01X, TrustFire T1, and Romisen RC-M4. P60 modules are truly the wave of the future, and I've purchased quite a number of them. Some have metallic labels indicating the 1) brand, 2) emitter, 3) modes, 4) voltage limits, and 5) low voltage cutoff limits, but many have no information. If you put a mystery module (rated only to 4.2V) in a light configured for 8.4V . . . :poof:

Until P60 module manufacturers realize our plight and include this critical information right on the module, is there an ideal way to put labels on modules or some ink that will endure some heat and wear? I guess there's always my carbide scribe.

Luckily, I'v only :poof:'d one driver.

I have a number of generic drop-ins on my work area. Good old Sharpie pen to the rescue!
I wonder if an engraver, like Malkoff uses, could be picked up cheap?

Engrave on the base of pill something like: <13V or <4.2V

Now if only someone can make a nice P60 style dropin with a SSC P7 that gives us around 400 lumens. :) I wonder what the limits are if it's being powered by a single 18650, or 2xR123's, etc.
