P60 Replacement Heads

I'm working on configuring a special purpose hunting light (green and red leds) and have gotten several different lights that I like. In particular, I'm good with the Solarforce L2T.

But I would like to increase throw a little bit. Can someone recommed a screw on replacement head and SMO reflector that will be deeper and longer allowing me to utilize the existing drop in minus the reflector.

If I may ask, what drop-in are you using? I hear there are some different reflectors of the same size as your P60 head that are better suited to throwers.

Also, you might try searching for "P60 turbo head." Fivemega used to make some Surefire C threaded turbo heads.

Nailbender put it together for me, using a green XRE led, and I asked him to build it for maximum throw. Throw is good, now I want to make it GREAT with a special reflector/head.

Since it is an XRE, might I suggest going aspheric? You'd be hard-pressed to beat the throw of an aspheric lens with a reflector in a P60 host, methinks.
