Errr....been doing to much reading to make sense of any of it. Here it is. I'm going to be dropping a SSC P7 into a 4d mag regulated at 2.8mA. I will be running it on 8 eneloops. 2 AA's to a D cell. So 4000mah per cell x 4 at 4.8V. I'm guessing runtime could be up to 1 1/2 hours.
Am I right?
I'm not interested in spending money on a new charger and 10000mah cells so forget it. I'm also not going to buy a smaller body. I like the baseball bat properties of a 4D and I just want some brightness for around an hour or so. This will work won't it?
Also, can I charge the AA's in the D cell converter or should I charge them separately ? They're the SoShine brand from DX.
