P7 round driver for 12v dive lamp

Hi

I'm rebuilding my 10w HID Dive Rite lampe, the HID has broken so I wish to move to LED.

I've got the P7 from another project. The batteries is 12v 4,5ampH.

I'm looking for a driver sized like the P7 round dissipator.


Please help, it's my backup lamp when the big one is over :mecry:

The KD 2.8amp P7 driver will work. Mount it on the back of the heat sink off centre and drill the hole for the wires to the LED thru the heat sink off centre too.
Been there done that. But if you can rebuild the battery pack to a lower voltage. say 7.4v Li Ion or 7.2v NiMh

Ditto. While I've been tempted to buy stuff from deal extreme and kaidomain, I'd rather order a more expensive, but higher quality product from the sandwich shoppe or taskLED and know when I'll have it. Just top notch service from both.
