I'm wondering how much battery power is lost in standby mode with the PD40R v.2. It seems like a magnetic switch requires a small amount of standby current and I'd like to know if that's the case with this model and how much it is.

We are sending your question to the Fenix engineer and will post the reply when we hear back. Thanks

Here is the answer from the Fenix engineer:

The standby current is around 50uA. The standby current doesn't have much to do with whether it's a magnetic switch or a mechanical switch.
