Parental controls/outgoing data filtering software

Anyone know of software or techniques to block outgoing personal data from a computer? I need to block data such as email address, telephone number, home address etc. from being sent a computer. I'm aware of the the regular parental control software suites like Net Nanny and Cybersitter.
