I have been looking at ways to mount some CREE Q5's to heat sinks. This will be my first go around with high power led's. Besides small bolts is the only other way thermal epoxy? Is there a place to get this at a good price? I have seen on some project sites people using silicone glue but I'm concerned it would not take the heat.
