PayPal pending settlement been discussed?

Has the PayPal settlement been discussed here?

I heard on the news that PayPal customers could apply for thier share of a pending settlement. The reporter indicated you could get $50.00 if you applied here settlement and if the settlement became inacted. I didn't get too deep into the site because sometimes my home browser bombs out on PDFs which is the format of some of the required reading.

I read "The case involves PayPal customers who used the service between Oct. 1, 1999 and Jan. 31, 2004." on the Cnet site. It said nothing about $50.00.
