Peter comes through yet again!

I sent me Arc AAA LE in for an upgrade since it was working intermittently only.

Peter redid the head (I did not want it replaced since it is bright, white, and centered) and replaced the battery compartment. To top it of he even through in a new battery.

Rest assured, if any Arc product needs service, Peter will be there for you!

Now that you mention it, the letter included with the return shipment was actually signed by Merri. So credit where credit is due. But it stays in the family.
