Petzl LED vs CREE LED-----colour difference

Hello all,

I've just noticed that LEDs have different colours, but some are more white, while some are more green/bluish on the spectrum..........

Can someone point me to good sources of information on what kinds of LEDs Petzl uses? I like the colour of their LEDs, but the Petzl headlamps do not pump out as much light as some of those using the CREE XML.
