Phillips ballast

I have got the ballast and igniter from a street lamp, part number on the ballast is BSN 150L 34. Is there anything cool i can do with this or are they useless?

No, i work as a civil engineering surveyor and part of the contract i am on at the moment is to replace some street lights so i snagged the ballast from one.
